Returns And Exchange

Return Policy At Gummy bummy, we have a flexible returns/ Exchange policy that is customer-friendly. For returning it as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. It should be unused
  2. The price tags, brand tags, and all original packaging must be present.
  3. The product must be returned within 7 days.
  4. The Product is damaged

For exchange

We understand each child is unique and fits the product differently. If the fitting is an issue for the product we shall offer 1 free exchange for size, so that the product you bought fits him perfectly.

First, we need to receive the piece from the customer, then the product will be released from our side.

About Discount/ Using Coupon Code

We will share a promised pick-up date once the Return ID is generated. By that time, your return order will be picked up. We will notify you of the estimated coupon code date as soon as the Return ID is generated. However, the coupon code amount is expected to be reflected in the customer E-mail next day after receiving parcel.

Coupon Redemption Policy –

Customers can redeem the coupon within the 90-day timeline from coupon generated date 

When will the exchange product shipped?
Once the product that was sent to the customer earlier is received by the warehouse and
thoroughly checked to ensure they are in sellable condition (undamaged/unwashed with all tags), then the exchange product will be ASAP

Refund Policy

    • Customers will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
    • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  4. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards, sale items, and personalized products.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
